STEP 1 – QUESTIONNAIRE
We provide you with a questionnaire that includes questions about your lifestyle factors, health history, goal setting, nutrition, and various other questions that we need answered in order to create a customized program specific to yourself.
STEP 2 – PROGRAM CREATION
Your online personal trainer will assess your questionnaire and design an individualized program that covers nutrition, exercise, and long-term lifestyle changes. Your program will be created 2-4 weeks at a time to maximize efficiency.
STEP 3 – DISCUSSION OF PROGRAM
We will set up a meeting over Skype, FaceTime or we will talk over the phone about your program and how to execute it in a safe and timely manner. We will discuss any questions you may have as well as how achievable and realistic your goals are.
STEP 4 – GET STARTED!
Follow the program that your trainer has given to you. Don’t worry, if you get stuck your trainer will be available to you 24/7 via text, phone, or email for support. The more you put into your training, the more you will get back.
STEP 5 – WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Once a week, you will email your online personal trainer with feedback from your previous week of training. This will include how effectively you were able to complete your workout, your current weight and measurements, and a weekly summary sheet that we will provide you.
STEP 6 – REACH YOUR GOAL!
As long as you strictly follow your personalized program, you are guaranteed to see results. When you have completed your training, your personal trainer will always be there to answer any questions you may have in the future.
Unlike all of the other companies offering online training, Motive 8 Fitness will develop a completely new individualized program that is tailored to your specific health and fitness goals. This will be delivered to your email inbox once a week, and will be highly intensive. The majority of other companies simply give you a cookie cutter template in the form of a Phone App.
